terrible* Access to Artist Merchandise fund
1. Promoter
The promoter is Terrible Merch Limited t/a terrible*, registered in England and Wales under company number 10009484, with its registered office at:
Lower Ground, South Stables, 138 Kingsland Road, London, E2 8DY United Kingdom.
2. Eligibility
This promotion is open to individuals who:
Are aged 18 years or over at the date of entry.
Are residents of the United Kingdom.
Are not employees, contractors, or immediate family members of employees of terrible* or any affiliated companies.
The promoter reserves the right to request proof of eligibility.
3. How to Enter
To enter, applicants must:
Submit a completed application form via http://terrible.group/atam
Provide any required supporting materials as outlined on the entry page.
Only one entry per individual or group is permitted. No purchase is necessary to enter.
4. Opening and Closing Dates
Entries open on 2nd June, at 12:00pm (UK time).
Entries close on 2nd September, at 8:00pm (UK time).
Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.
5. The Prize
The winning applicant will receive a merchandise credit worth £10,000 (ten thousand pounds sterling). Two further winning applicants will each receive a credit worth £2,000 (two thousand pounds sterling).
Successful applicants hereby grant terrible* the exclusive right to market, sell, distribute and otherwise exploit the Merchandise Product in the US, UK and Europe for a period of 12 (twelve) months after the first usage of ATAM funding.
This credit is to be used toward merchandise production, fulfilment, and/or distribution services provided by terrible*.
The credit is not transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is available.
The credit must be used entirely within 12 months of being awarded.
6. Successful Applicants and Notification
Successful applicants will be selected by terrible* and AS Colour, based on set criteria including originality, potential impact, and alignment with terrible*s brand values.
Judging will take place within 30 days of the closing date.
Successful applicants will be notified by email no later than 1st November 2025.
If a Successful applicant does not respond within 14 days of notification, terrible* reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
7. Use of Entries and Publicity
By entering, applicants confirm:
They own or have rights to any submitted materials.
They grant terrible* a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use submitted content for the purposes of judging and promotional display only.
They agree to participate in promotional activity, including the use of their name, image, and submitted content, in connection with the promotion.
8. Disqualification
The promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who:
Provides false or misleading information.
Attempts to tamper with the entry process.
Breaches these terms and conditions.
9. Limitation of Liability
terrible* accepts no responsibility for:
Entries not received due to technical errors or website issues.
Any loss, damage, or injury resulting from participation in the promotion or use of the prize, to the extent permitted by law.
10. Data Protection
Personal data will be handled in accordance with terrible*’s ATAM Privacy Policy. Data will only be used for the purpose of administering this promotion unless consent is given for additional communications.
11. General
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
terrible* reserves the right to withdraw or amend the promotion if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary to do so.
